The Notary That Comes to You
I'm a mobile notary and certified loan signing agent who meets you where you are. Your home, your office, a hospital room, or the closing table, anywhere within 50 miles of Akron. Days, nights, and weekends.
When you need a notary, it's usually at a tricky moment. A closing that can't slip. A power of attorney for a parent in the hospital. A title that has to be signed before the buyer leaves town. Documents that have to be right, and can't sit until Monday.
That's where I come in. I bring the notary to you, days, nights, and weekends, anywhere within 50 miles of Akron. You pick the time and the place. I bring what we need and make sure it's done right the first time, so it holds up when it matters.

Yes. This is a fully mobile service, so I travel to your home, office, hospital room, or care facility anywhere within 50 miles of Akron. You pick the time and the place, and I bring everything we need for the signing.
Yes. I’m a certified loan signing agent, so I handle refinances, purchases, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, and full closing packages. I can meet your client at home, at the office, or wherever is easiest, and I make sure every page is signed correctly so the package doesn’t get sent back.
Yes, and it’s one of the main reasons people call me. I’m available evenings, weekends, and holidays by arrangement, plus regular daytime hours seven days a week. Last-minute and emergency signings are welcome when the timing matters.
Bring a valid, unexpired government photo ID such as a driver’s license, state ID, or passport. Have the full document with you but leave it unsigned, since I have to watch you sign it. If your document needs more than one signer or a witness, make sure everyone is there with their own ID.
Powers of attorney, affidavits, vehicle title transfers, loan and closing packages, and estate, trust, and deed paperwork, among others. One thing to know: a notary can’t give legal advice or tell you which document you need. I confirm your identity and witness your signature, and I’ll tell you honestly when something is a question for your attorney.
Yes. If meeting in person isn’t an option, we can handle many documents over a secure video call from wherever you are. You’ll need a valid photo ID and a phone, tablet, or computer with a camera. Reach out and I’ll let you know if your document qualifies.
Tell me what you're signing and where, whether it's your kitchen table, your office, or a closing. We'll find a time that works, often the same day.
